Reaching fitness goals isn’t easy, and I understand the struggle. As a former Division I athlete at UCLA, I know what it’s like to train at a high level and still hit roadblocks. I’ve dealt with injuries and wasted time on ineffective workouts. On more than one occasion I’ve thought, “There’s gotta be a better way to train!”
The good news is that there is a better way. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 10 years of experience, I’ve trained more than 100 clients, ranging in age from 8 to 80 and skill levels spanning high school athletes to those training for the Olympics. I hold certifications from top strength and conditioning governing bodies, and I know how to eliminate the guesswork, instill confidence, and guide people step-by-step toward sustainable progress.
